Skuteczność modeli kompetencyjnych

Ankieta była zaadresowana do pracowników działów HR i dotyczyła skuteczności modeli kompetencyjnych. Dostępne były dwie wersje ankiety: dla firm, w których nie funkcjonuje model kompetencyjny, oraz dla firm, w których funkcjonuje. Analiza statystyczna przeprowadzona została na podstawie danych uzyskanych od 79 firm.

Raport przygotowany przez Instytut Rozwoju Biznesu, Polską Fundację Badań nad Zarządzaniem i Pracownię Testów Psychologicznych, zaprezentowany podczas konferencji „Testy w biznesie.
